Hopefully you won’t need to return an item, however if you do, it is our aim to make this process as simple as possible.
By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected or is faulty.

Lifetime Guarantee

The CalCard product bought direct from TestCal has a special return policy.

The CalCard has a lifetime guarantee. Providing it was purchased from TestCal and has only been exposed to what would be considered normal environments and normal use as specified in the operating instructions.

The CalCard will be replaced free of charge.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@testcal.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items remain your responsibility until we receive them, therefore for your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature for proof of delivery (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time, upto 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
